How We Made This: All three products are handcrafted with care by our partner women's cooperative in Oaxaca. The women of the cooperative have been lovingly working with cacao for over 15 years and transforming it into beautiful cacao and chocolate products of the highest quality.
Our Single Origin Artisanal Cacao Powder is 100% cacao (no sugar added). Both of our flavored Single Origin Artisanal Chocolate Bars are made with 70% cacao and only two other ingredients– cane sugar and heirloom rosemary or sea salt.
How We Use This:

In our rich mole negro recipe (the way it was intended), mixed with hot water or favorite milk for a sugar-free and energy boosting cup in the morning (in lieu of coffee or tea), and in all of our desserts that require the highest quality of cacao.
