How We Made This: Our Single Origin Artisanal Chocolate Bar with Cacao Nibs and Sea Salt is handcrafted with care by our partner women's cooperative in Oaxaca. The women of the cooperative have been working with cacao for over 15 years and transforming it into beautiful cacao and chocolate products of the highest quality. Complex yet balanced, cacao nibs and sea salt pebbles are showered on this bar for bright, light crunch.
If you are hyper-sensitive to salt, try our rosemary variety instead.
How We Use This: Add to your favorite fruit and cheese platter when hosting loved ones, chop it up and add on top of cookies, or treat yourself to a post-meal snack.
Only 3 Ingredients: 70% cacao, cane sugar, and sea salt.

You can tell the Rosemary and Cacao nibs chocolate bars with sea salt from Tail Pani are made with pure ingredients. Many dark chocolate bars you find in stores can be bitter, however these artisanal chocolate bars are the perfect balance of sweetness and each bite is unique due to the crunch of the sea salt.

Very impressive product. The chocolate has a light and luxurious texture when eaten. The layers of flavor in the cacao is similar to how I would experience a nice wine -- almost as if the chocolate blooms while in the mouth. And surprisingly, even looking at the chocolate bar was a feast for the eyes! I gasped when I opened the package. It was like looking at a beautiful, clear night sky!

Boy am I happy I bought this! This rich, smooth and decadent chocolate bar packs a flavorful punch. It’s amazing how much flavor can come from just three ingredients. Good luck just having one piece. A must-try for any chocolate lover.
